邓 英 杰

邓英杰，研究员，女，汉族，1945年4月20 日生
1968年从北京医学院药学系大学本科毕业。1982年沈阳药学院研究生毕业，获理学
硕士学位。1989 年晋升为副研究员。1996 年4 月晋升为研究员。1996 年5 月被评为药
剂学科博士研究生导师。从1980 年至今一直在沈阳药科大学从事靶向给药新剂型和脂
质体方面的研究工作。

承担的科研项目：

1. 抗肿瘤药物新剂型热敏磁性脂质体的研究：1998年底按期结题。
2. 靶向缺血心肌的给药系统研究：2005年底按期结题。
3. 无水反胶束用于肽/蛋白质口服给药的研究，目前正在进行中。

主要业绩：
（1）完成了多相脂质体139 注射液的工业化试生产，发明了脂质体静脉注射液的质量
控制方法，使我国的脂质体注射液在世界上第一个大规模投入临床应用和工业化生产。
该项目曾获卫生部科技进步乙等奖、辽宁省科技进步一等奖及沈阳市和本校的多次奖
励。
（2）1990 年至1995 年完成了国家八五重点科技攻关课题-脂质体制剂的研究，为该课
题负责人。
（3）1996年获批准承担一项国家自然科学基金课题，为课题负责人，该课题于98年完
成并已按期结题（项目编号：39570843）。
（4）1980年以前曾在沈阳红卫制药厂工作了十二年，在此期间完成了呋喃苯胺酸(速尿)
的小实验和工业化大生产，填补了国内空白并出口创汇。进行了呋喃唑酮等的工艺改革，
使呋喃苯胺酸和呋喃唑酮产品达到英国药典标准。并利用一个多月时间组织生产了呋喃
苯胺酸2吨（出口）和呋喃唑酮11余吨（战备）。
（5）曾被评为厂先进工作者，曾多次获院科研奖， 96年被评为沈阳市科教系统优秀女
知识分子。
（6）荣获2005年沈阳市科技进步一等奖。
（7）共发表了八十余篇论文，SCI 期刊论文20 余篇，参加编写出版专著六本，一部国
际专著。
