[研究方向]:
1. 虽然人们已经清楚肿瘤是由基因突变所引起的,但是目前采用基因治疗仍然很困难。为了防治癌症患者的死亡,本实验室致力于肿瘤转移机制的研究,尤其是对神经节苷脂抑制肿瘤转移性的细胞信号转导通路的研究,希望能够发现抑制肿瘤转移的药物。
2. 细胞表面的糖链与细胞的识别,粘附,移动,分裂有着密切的关系,为了研究糖链的机能,本实验室致力于利用细胞合成各种糖链的研究。我们认为如果能清楚糖链调控细胞功能的机理,不仅能够解释一些疾病的病因,而且还能开发出相应的治疗药物。
