杨静玉, 女, 1971年2月出生，辽宁省铁岭市人。1993年毕业于沈阳药科大学，1996年获得沈阳药科大学硕士学位，2000年获得博士学位, 2002年被评为副教授，2006年被评为教授，博士生导师。现为国家药品价格评审专家、中国药学会高级会员、中国药学会应用药理学会委员，中国药理学会会员。曾于1998 -2000年赴日本东京大学留学。主要研究方向为中药药理学和神经药理学。近年来先后承担了辽宁省自然科学基金、博士启动基金以及沈阳市科技局基金的项目。并参与了科技部十五创新药物与中药现代化重大专项、国家自然科学基金、国家新药基金、国家中医药局重点项目、教育部青年骨干教师基金等重大项目的研究。发表文章近40篇，其中SCI收载20篇。为本科生和研究生讲授了《药理学》、《分子药理学》、《高等药理学》、《药学概论》等，至今已培养了硕士研究生10名。曾参与了《现代中药药理学》、《药物毒理实验方法学》、《药理学》、《药学英语》等的编写。曾获得第八届中国药理学会Servier青年药理学工作者奖、2004年辽宁省自然科学学术成果二等奖、2005年沈阳市十大杰出青年技能人才奖、2006年沈阳药科大学“十五”青年科技新星称号，被评为2004年沈阳药科大学十大青年科技标兵、2002-2004年度沈阳药科大学药学院科研先进工作者。发表论文：
